Janice is a native of West Palm Beach, Florida growing up within the inner city. Janice's interest in real estate began at the early age of 12 while frequently riding her bike across town into the lakefront neighborhoods in search of what she called her "dream home."

At the age of 27, Janice, along with her husband, purchased their 1st residential property in Waterbury, Connecticut along with additional rental properties throughout the years. Janice is now a successful realtor, investor and land developer. She is currently active within her community as a member and volunteer at the Land of Promise Church of Fredericksburg, VA; Treasurer of the Women's Council of Realtors, Fredericksburg VA Chapter; Board Member of Fail safe- Era, a nonprofit organization which services returning citizens and their family members.
Janice is also a member of the National Association of Realtors, Virginia Association of Realtors, Fredericksburg Area Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Professional Women. Janice favorite pastimes include traveling, journaling, and baking sweet potato pies!
